  • One man's trash is another man's treasure......... I have enough things to do, and so I decided to leave it for someone else. After I got home, I thought about it, and said to myself that if it was meant to be mine, it would still be there tomorrow.

  • Recumbent Bike and Epic Surfski Sunday & Monday I was out on my recumbent bike yesterday (Sunday), and I rode fifteen plus miles The wind was blowing over 25 MPH, and it was a challenge at times. My ride took me completely around Diamond Head, and up to the top of the hill there. Coming back down to cross Kapahulu Avenue, I exceeded 35 MPH at one point. I then went down to parks and watched the wind on the water.

  • Continued S10 Chevy Story Today's story is about my Chevy. The electrical problem has given me a break, but the new torture is overheating. It took me a few days to track it down, and I replaced the water pump as one of the possibilities. It turned out to be a clogged radiator. I took the radiator out and flushed it, and I'm back on the road.

  • Honolulu Happenings With George........... I've finally reached the point in my life that I've decided to learn how to dance. I'm starting with Salsa, and Merengue. (Latin dancing). This startling announcement is only noteworthy because I'm going to be sixty-four in August, and have avoided dancing all my life. Lately, the more I learn about the discipline and skills involved, I've come to realize that I've wasted so much time, (up until now......) running away from something that would have enriched my life.
